Leading ad exchange takes award in sustainability best practices for ad tech category. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PASADENA, Calif., December 6, 2022<\/strong> \u2013 OpenX Technologies, Inc., a leading global omnichannel advertising exchange, was announced as a winner in the first Campaign Ad Net Zero awards highlighting environmental sustainability in the advertising industry at a ceremony in London on November 23. OpenX was recognized in the \u201csustainability best practice\u201d category for its \u201cPath to Net-Zero,\u201d an initiative in which the company reduced carbon emissions by more than 90% and achieved independent certification as a carbon neutral company. The awards launched earlier this year<\/a> under a partnership between Campaign<\/em> magazine and Ad Net Zero, a cross-industry alliance of UK advertising and media organizations that have pledged to reduce and offset carbon emissions in the sector by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OpenX is one of 21 winners announced<\/a> across a variety of categories highlighting  leadership in sustainability across advertisers, agencies, media owners and technology companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This award marks the third industry award win for OpenX\u2019s \u201cPath to Net-Zero\u201d initiative. Previous awards recognizing the work include Business Intelligence\u2019s \u201cSustainability Leadership Award\u201d<\/a> and ExchangeWire\u2019s \u201cThe Wires\u201d award in the category of \u201cBest Application of ESG<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
